our company Professional Services is seeking a Senior system Administrator We are looking for a skilled Senior system Administrator to manage, maintain, upgrade, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud, hybrid, networking, and cybersecurity environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, extensive hands-on experience, and a broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud architecture, and information security. A full-time on-site position based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain, and upgrade end-to-end user environments and organizational IT infrastructure.
* Lead and manage cloud and hybrid environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
* Manage and harden the organizations information security environment, including implementation and administration of XDR systems and Fortinet products.
* Take ownership of the organizational network infrastructure, including routing, network security, switches, controllers, and wireless networks.
* Provide professional support and guidance to technicians and Help desk teams.
* Manage, maintain, and upgrade end-to-end user environments and organizational IT infrastructure.
* Lead and manage cloud and hybrid environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
* Manage and harden the organizations information security environment, including implementation and administration of XDR systems and Fortinet products.

Requirements:
Professional requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a system Administrator in medium to large enterprise organizations. In-depth experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune. Proven knowledge and hands-on experience working with Hyper-V. Proven hands-on experience with Aruba networking equipment, including switches, controllers, and wireless networks. Experience managing and configuring Fortinet products, including firewalls. Experience managing and monitoring advanced XDR protection systems. Knowledge of PowerShell. Knowledge of SIEM / SOC systems. Personality requirements: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team in a dynamic and challenging environment. High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal communication abilities. Strong self-learning ability and willingness to learn new technologies. Proactive mindset, initiative, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
