The Opportunity:
We are looking for Mobile Technical Lead with expertise in both iOS and Android development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge features for our multi-sensory AI products.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend engineers, to define and implement new features.

Drive code quality, performance optimization, and bug resolution to enhance the user experience.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile development and integrate new technologies and frameworks where appropriate.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and app store guidelines.

Ensure Code Quality and Performance: Conduct regular code reviews, optimize application performance, and enforce best practices to maintain robust and scalable mobile solutions.

Stay Ahead with Industry Trends: Research and integrate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and keep applications competitive in the market.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of mobile development experience, with a focus on both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Java, Kotlin).

Proven experience in developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for both platforms.

Strong experience with mobile app lifecycle management, including app store submissions and updates.

Familiarity with APIs, third-party libraries, and mobile development tools (e.g., Firebase, Git, Xcode, Android Studio).

Familiarity with AR development frameworks and tools (ARKit, ARCore)-advantage.

Experience with WebRTC and WebSocket protocols for real-time communication-advantage.

Experience with one or more of the following machine learning frameworks:Core ML, TensorFlow, or ML Kit- advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

A continuous learner, with a passion for staying up-to-date on mobile technologies and trends.
