This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and direct interaction with customers across Israel. * Provide on-site and remote Technical Support for our products and systems installed throughout Israel.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, hardware, software, and communication issues involving inverters, power optimizers, batteries, EV chargers, and energy management solutions.
* Perform testing, system diagnostics, repairs, and equipment replacement as required.
* Document service activities, case updates, and resolutions using the CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer service.
* Deliver a professional, high-quality Customer Experience while representing us in the field.
* Travel regularly to customer sites across Israel.
