Junior NPI & Product Support Engineer

We are looking for a Junior NPI & Product Support Engineer to join our NPI and Product Engineering group. In this role, you will support the transition of new products from development to mass production, working closely with R&D, Operations, QA, manufacturing teams, and subcontractors to ensure product readiness and ongoing quality.

Your mission:
Support New Product Introduction activities from development to production
Work closely with R&D, QA, Operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure production readiness
Coordinate technical activities related to product transfer to mass production
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for hardware and system-level issues
Support repair and validation processes for electronic boards and products
Maintain technical documentation and product-related records
Work with subcontractors and manufacturing partners to support product quality and delivery
Ensure alignment between hardware, software, and product configurations.
