Were looking for an IT Technician to join our team, learn new things, take ownership of existing systems, and provide service to our employees.
What youll do:
* Provide best-in-class support to our employees in HQ Tel Aviv Office.
* Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and response to relevant technical issues in company facilities.
* Immediate support employees from home through remote takeover and training.
* Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back-office systems.
* Assistance in inventory monitoring, planning, and execution.

Requirements:
* Experience with Windows environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) - A must.
* Experience with Office 365 - A must.
* Proficient in installing computer hardware/software, printers, and handling/connecting in company networks (internet, telephone, etc.) - A must
* Familiarity with network infrastructure - A must.
* High-level English (speaking, writing, and reading) - A must
*Russian at a good level -An advantage.
* Familiarity with VoIP systems - An advantge.
* Experience as a Domain Controller with Active Directory - An Advantage.
* High-level interpersonal and service skills.
