The role includes working with engineering, production, and quality interfaces, maintaining a high level of performance, meeting schedules, and ensuring ongoing coordination with relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Leading the technical test equipment team at subcontractors on behalf of RADA.
* Assigning tasks, monitoring execution, tracking progress, and providing professional support.
* Responsibility for assembly, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
* Working with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams at RADA and its subcontractors.
* Maintaining order, organization, accuracy, and achievement of objectives.
* Leading the team to meet quality, availability, and operational requirements.
