Required Data Engineering Team Lead
As a Data Engineering Team Lead, you will:
Design and implement observability solutions for monitoring, overseeing and investigating the security and health of the companys products and infrastructure.
Architect, build and maintain data platform and pipeline tools for ingestion, streaming, transformation and storage.
Partner with security, platform and engineering teams to investigate incidents, support OPSEC research and produce forensic-ready data analysis.
Develop interactive dashboards, automated reporting and alerting workflows that translate complex production data into actionable insights.
Drive strategic improvements in how data shapes OPSEC policies, research, incident response and cross-team risk mitigation efforts.
As a Data Engineering Team Lead, you will:

Requirements:
If you have:
2+ years of demonstrated experience leading a technical team.
Proven experience designing and operating enterprise-scale data platforms/lakes/warehouses.
Deep familiarity with big data ecosystems and monitoring/log analysis tools used for security telemetry, distributed tracing, and incident response.
Strong software engineering fundamentals with high level proficiency in one or more programing languages (Python, Java, Go, Rust, etc.).
Proficiency in system design, development tools and best practices for building scalable and maintainable solutions.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience applying AI to observability or security workflows (e.g., LLM-powered agents, MCP server architecture, anomaly detection or automated log parsing).
Production experience with Elasticsearch and Splunk for log aggregation, full-text search and security analytics.
Background working directly with cybersecurity data sources.
If you have:
