We are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly organized Welfare & HR Programs Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead welfare initiatives, employee engagement activities, and site-level HR programs across Papayas Israel site. You will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience while supporting the successful implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and projects at the local level.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution capabilities with creativity, ownership, and a passion for bringing people together.

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in Welfare, Employee Engagement, HR Programs, Operations, Project Management, or similar roles.
Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot) and building AI-powered workflows and agents to enhance productivity, creativity, and operational efficiency.
Strong project management and execution capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into impactful employee initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
High ownership, proactive approach, and strong execution mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
