Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Temporary Position – 6 Months with an Option to Extend Location: Yokneam, Israel Full-time On-site (with one work-from-home day after the onboarding period)

About the Role ACS Motion Control is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team for a temporary 6-month position with the option to extend. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on recruitment experience who is looking to grow in a global technology company and take part in end-to-end hiring processes across a variety of roles. Responsibilities · Support end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions across the organization · Screen and review resumes from multiple sourcing channels · Conduct phone interviews and perform initial candidate assessments · Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support the candidate experience throughout the process · Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure timely follow-up at every stage · Support sourcing activities on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms · Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to support ongoing hiring needs and recruitment projects · Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS · Assist with additional recruitment and HR-related administrative tasks as needed
