Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps and Platform Engineers.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environments.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and enhance deployment efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with software development teams to support agile delivery and production readiness.
Promote best practices in automation, monitoring, security, and operational excellence.
Define and implement platform standards, processes, and cloud governance policies.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
At least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
Proven experience managing large-scale Kubernetes environments.
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and tools, including Jenkins.
Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
Strong knowledge of enterprise Windows infrastructure, including Windows Server and IIS.
Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments.
Familiarity with Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar infrastructure technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
