PMO

we are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our R&D department. Responsibilities:
* Provide operational support for all R&D projects, assisting in the execution of work plans.
* Track annual work plans, ensuring alignment with objectives, monitoring progress against plans, managing resources, and identifying risks.
* Work extensively with the companys project management systems to maintain project control.
* Work extensively with the factory for resource coordination and major breakdowns.
* Oversee project timelines and proactively manage risks to ensure project milestones are met.
* Assist development teams with procurement and logistics processes.
* Collaborate closely with R&D team leaders, project managers, system engineers, procurement teams, and production staff.
* Active involvement in the project life cycle (KOM, DRs, installation, integration, validation).
* Align/focus the project team towards the main goals.
* Responsibility for coordinating and managing subcontractor activities, mainly timelines, compliance, terms, and financials.
