we are looking for a Chief of Staff.
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, helping operate with greater alignment, focus, and effectiveness.
This role is less about owning individual projects and more about enabling the organization to perform at its best. You will act as a facilitator, integrator, and force multiplier for the executive team, bringing people together around shared priorities, reducing organizational friction, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring disciplined execution of our operating model.
You will help create the conditions for better decision-making, stronger communication, and higher productivity across the leadership team and the organization.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business leadership roles, with at least 2-3 years of experience serving as a Chief of Staff to a CEO, founder, or executive leadership team.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment among senior stakeholders with different perspectives.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong structured thinking and the ability to bring clarity to complexity.
Proven ability to turn discussions into actionable plans and ensure disciplined execution.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong business judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational awareness.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping others navigate change.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Native-level English proficiency.
