This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our financial excellence. It is an outstanding opportunity for those passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to a growing company!
What You'll Do
Maintain accurate bookkeeping for all worldwide accounts, covering Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Process, verify, and reconcile Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring a strict payment process.
Analyze invoice and expense reports to charge expenses accurately to accounts and cost centers.
Record and manage pre-paid expenses and amortization schedules.
Maintain and reconcile bank account and credit card ledgers with outstanding accuracy.
Prepare and submit VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to global authorities.
Report financial information to additional institutions such as social security, the IRS, and other regulatory bodies.
Assist with audits and provide support for quarterly closings as necessary.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a sole bookkeeper, with Level 2 certification being a must.
Demonstrated experience in handling bookkeeping for all accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Expertise in working with multiple currencies, entities/subsidiaries, budget lines, and departments.
Previous experience in a high-tech company, demonstrating the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills, allowing for the successful implementation of financial analyses and reports.
High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear and effective communication.
