For a leading company in Northern Tel Aviv, a R&D Manager is required
The role includes:

Managing a team of developers.
Leading innovation and advanced technological projects.
Providing technological solutions to business requirements.
Maintenance and support of existing systems.
Implementing AI solutions within the organization and examining new technologies.
Working closely with project managers and business units across the organization.

Requirements:
Managerial experience of at least 2 years — mandatory.
Hands-on experience and strong command of relevant technologies: Node.js, Python, React, PostgreSQL, Angular — mandatory.
Knowledge and experience in cloud services, with an emphasis on AWS — mandatory.
Experience in leading and implementing projects — mandatory.
Managerial ability and excellent interpersonal communication skills with employees.
