Were looking for a full-time Assistant Controller to join our growing finance team in Tel Aviv. This role reports directly to the Controller and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and brings a strong hands-on approach to every task.
Wake up for this:
Take part in the day-to-day finance operations of the company.
Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Manage and support US payroll processes and employee-related finance operations.
Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
Analyze financial results and provide insights to management on a monthly basis.
Support deal-related financial processes, including customer agreements, billing flows, and revenue-related operations.
Build and improve financial processes that can scale with the companys growth.
Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Ensure compliance with local and international reporting requirements.
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard in a demanding, high-performance environment.
Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with strong attention to detail and accountability.
