We are a thriving international group active in the farming industry, currently undergoing rapid growth. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team.
This is a versatile role that offers deep involvement in global operations and a direct path to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring precise intercompany reconciliations and accounting entries
2.Global Compliance: Manage VAT reporting and ensure international regulatory standards are met
3. Strategic Analysis: Prepare management reporting packages and perform in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making
4. Operational Excellence: Oversee payroll entries, fixed assets, and contribute to the optimization

Requirements:
What You Bring:

1. Certification: CPA (Big 4 alumni preferred)
2. Experience: Previous experience in a global environment or post-firm corporate role is a major plus
3. Tech Savvy: Advanced Excel skills are a must; experience with Priority is highly desirable
4. Communication: Fluent English to navigate international interfaces daily
5. Mindset: You thrive in high-energy, fast-paced settings and possess the professional presence to interface with senior management
