We build complex Ecommerce experiences, customer-facing platforms, and large-scale integrations for some of the leading brands in Israel and around the world. Our projects combine technology, business thinking, and seamless user experiences to create solutions that make a real impact.
We're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join us for a major new project launching in the coming weeks. We're looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
This is a chance to be part of a major global project, collaborate with both business and technology teams, and play a key role in building scalable solutions across different markets.
?What You'll Do
* Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
* Design and document workflows and system processes.
* Support the implementation of a new global loyalty platform and its integrations.
* Work with APIs and system connections across platforms like Ecommerce, CRM, ERP, and customer service tools.
* Create and manage Jira tasks and user stories.
* Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product managers, business teams, and external partners throughout the project.
* Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and help prepare the system for launch.
* Keep documentation clear, organized, and up to date.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in IT projects - MUST
Experience with Shopify or other enterprise Ecommerce platforms - MUST
Immediate availability - MUST
* Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business processes.
* Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
* Hands-on experience with SQL.
* Experience working with Jira.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Experience with Loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement platforms - advantage.
* Experience with Postman and API testing - advantage.
* Experience working with international teams and external vendors - advantage.
