In this role, you will collaborate with our R&D, Applications and Support teams to develop advanced motion control solutions for some of the worlds leading high-tech equipment manufacturers. This role combines strong control engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted engineering practices. We expect our engineers to use state-of-the-art AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, simulation, documentation, and problem solving - while maintaining a deep understanding of the underlying control theory, physics, and Real-Time system behavior. Youll work on cutting-edge applications in industries including Semiconductors, Photonics, Life Sciences, Mobile Devices, and Flat Panel Displays, solving challenging Real-Time control problems and bringing innovative motion control technologies to life. What Youll Do Develop advanced motion control algorithms and Real-Time multi-axis applications. Analyze, optimize, and tune feedback control systems for high-performance motion applications. Use modern AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, explore solutions, generate and review code, analyze data, and support technical decision-making. Collaborate closely with customers to design, develop, and support innovative motion control solutions. Define requirements, validate performance, and contribute to the development of new products and features. Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Applications, and Customer Support.
