data & AI Division is looking for a Senior BI & data Engineer Developer to join a leading project! We are looking for an experienced BI & data professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering end-to-end data solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and development of modern data platforms, drive technical excellence, manage client relationships, and play a key role in delivering high-impact BI and data engineering projects. Key Responsibilities
* Identify project risks and dependencies early, proactively prevent scope creep, and manage changes against the agreed project scope.
* Stay hands-on by designing the DWH layer and data models while contributing to complex development tasks and performance optimization.
* Lead the adoption of AI tools across the team to improve analysis, SQL development, and technical documentation.
* Manage client relationships, project scope, timelines, and delivery plans, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation.

* Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end AWS data architectures, including Redshift, Glue, S3, and DMS.
* Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
* Expert-level SQL skills and extensive experience in data modeling, including Star Schema and data Warehouse design.
* Proven experience designing and implementing ETL /ELT processes.
* Hands-on experience with at least one leading BI platform: Amazon QuickSight (preferred), Power BI, or Tableau.
