Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or a senior execution-focused leadership role within B2B tech
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery in a high-growth SaaS environment - not just contributing to them
Proven ability to build and run company-wide operating cadences: OKRs, exec reviews, planning cycles, and KPI accountability frameworks
Track record of influencing and aligning senior leadership teams without direct authority - translating decisions into action across Product, R&D, GTM, Finance, and People
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect execution priorities to business outcomes and revenue
Excellent communication and facilitation skills - able to run leadership forums
Comfortable operating in ambiguity at a fast-moving startup - builds structure without waiting for it and ships things that stick
7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or a senior execution-focused leadership role within B2B tech
