We are looking for a highly motivated Product Operations Manager with an AI-first mindset to build and run the operating system of product team.
This isn't a coordination role. It's a builder role with a people layer. The person who thrives here is equally comfortable designing a workflow with an AI agent in the morning and facilitating a cross-functional planning session in the afternoon.
What will you be doing?
Build and evolve the operating system for product organization: AI assistant, agentic workflows, and automated processes that replace manual work.
Ensure data flows to the right teams at the right time: work with analytics, CRM, and feedback functions to eliminate gaps and surface insights automatically.
Run planning and execution operations: support quarterly and iteration planning, monitor delivery health, maintain KPI registries, and facilitate retrospectives.
Build AI-powered automation: design and maintain AI agents and workflows that make planning, discovery, and cross-functional communication more autonomous over time.
Represent product team needs across ops and enablement functions: GTM ops, sales ops, HR ops. Be the product team's operational voice in those forums.
Own PM onboarding: build and improve the onboarding experience so new PMs reach full productivity faster.

2+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar role in a product-led SaaS company.
