A leading global Fintech company in the Embedded lending space is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Bookkeeper Payroll Accountant to join our dynamic team!

What youll do:

Bookkeeping Financial Ops: End-to-end multi-entity global bookkeeping, intercompany accounting, foreign currencies, vendor management, bank reconciliations, and Israeli statutory reporting (VAT, Income Tax). Support periodical closing and audit processes.

Payroll Administration (Israel): Full ownership of the monthly payroll cycle. Manage social benefits, pension funds, and tax reporting (Forms 102, 126, 856). Serve as the main focal point for employee payroll queries.

Requirements:

Hands-on professional with a problem-solving mindset.

Experience in global/multi-entity environments.

High efficiency, accuracy, and tech-savvy approach.

Requirements:
t least 3 years of dual experience in both bookkeeping and payroll administration within a global High-Tech company (Mandatory).

Certified Bookkeeper (Type 1+2).

Certified Payroll accountant.

NetSuite: At least 3 years of hands-on experience (Advantage).

Shiklulit (שקלולית): At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Israeli payroll software (Preferred).

Professional-level English, both written and spoken, for working with international functions.

Highly proficient with Excel, Google Suite.

Familiarity with the modern AI tools (Preferred).
