* Lead and mentor a small Procurement & Supply Chain team while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
* Own procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes supporting both ongoing R&D activity and growing drone production operations.
* Manage sourcing and procurement of custom parts, off-the-shelf components, electronics, PCBs/PCBAs, mechanical parts, assemblies, tools, and services.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, PCB/PCBA manufacturers, logistics providers, and service providers in Israel, the U.S., and internationally.
* Ensure timely availability of materials and components required for drone assembly in Texas. LLI planning, NPI, and stockpiling.
* Coordinate material flow between suppliers, manufacturing partners, teams in Israel, and production operations in the U.S.
* Manage procurement activities, inventory planning, purchasing priorities, lead times, shortages, shipping, customs, logistics coordination, and relationships with suppliers and service providers in Israel and abroad to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
* Own and continuously improve end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay workflows.
* Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Workshop, and Finance teams to support production and business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures, supplier quality requirements, and relevant operational standards.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain roles, in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
Experience supporting production operations, including material planning, supplier coordination, inventory management, and logistics.
Experience with electronics, mechanical parts, custom components, and contract manufacturers.
Previous team leadership or people management experience.
Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
Experience managing suppliers and service providers in Israel and internationally and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Full working proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Advantage
Experience with NetSuite.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, preferably AS9100
