A leading restaurant tech company developing B2B and B2C products for restaurants and diners is looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead.

The company's platforms support approximately 1,500 restaurants and serve around 2 million users every month. Following strong growth in Israel, they are now expanding their products and operations into international markets.

The company is building a next?generation core platform designed to bring together its data infrastructure, internal operational tools, restaurant?facing products, and customer applications into one central ecosystem.

The role is a hands?on technical leadership position that combines architecture, product thinking, and end?to?end ownership - from concept to a practical technical solution that delivers on business needs. The Tech Lead will work closely with the CTO.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or senior engineer with significant technical ownership
- Experience with Microservices, Distributed Systems, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Strong experience with SQL, MongoDB, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Strong product mindset and practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or automated development workflows

frontend Environment:
- The current frontend stack is primarily based on Vue.js, with a possible future transition toward React. Deep frontend specialization is not required, but a solid understanding of web architecture and backend - frontend integration is essential.

Work Model:
- Full-time position
- Based at the company's offices in Ramat Gan
Primarily office-based, with limited flexibility to work from home when needed
