Office & Operations Manager

From office management to travel coordination, IT operations, and employee logistics, youll serve as a central point of contact for keeping our teams productive, supported, and connected. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role for someone who loves solving problems, juggling priorities, and getting things done in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
Day-to-day ownership of our TLV office - vendors, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and the overall vibe
Make sure the space is functional, welcoming, and somewhere people actually enjoy showing up to
Provide administrative support to our companys global offices and hubs (Boston, NYC)
Travel Oversight
Owning the relationship with our travel platform and travel agencies
Making sure agencies deliver good service, competitive pricing, and a smooth experience for the team
Supporting employees when issues come up
IT Operations Support
Owning the operational side of IT across TLV, Boston, and NYC
New hire equipment setup, inventory management, vendor relationships
First line of support for day-to-day issues, working with external IT providers
HR Support
Supporting HR with the operational/logistical side of company events, happy hours, team-building, and off-sites
Supporting HR with the operational side of onboarding and offboarding.
