About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team and take ownership of automated player journeys, retention campaigns, and bonus flows across multiple brands.

In this role, you will work closely with CRM, BI, Brand, and Product teams to design, execute, analyze, and optimize personalized campaigns using Smartico and data -driven insights. The ideal candidate combines technical platform expertise, analytical thinking

Requirements:
Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Smartico, Optimove, Emarsys, salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
Experience with Smartico - strong advantage.
Hands-on experience in the iGaming / Online Casino industry - strong advantage.
Experience building automated journeys, segmentation, triggers, and retention campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions and campaign improvements.
High attention to detail and strong QA orientation.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Proactive, creative, and performance-driven mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
