Flo-Optics is seeking a talented SW Engineer to join our innovative team in developing cutting-edge optical solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing software systems integral to our products.
Responsibilities:

* Design and develop software applications for optical systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
* Optimize and maintain existing software to improve performance and usability.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
* Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in software development.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
* Experience with software version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
