A growing fintech company is looking for a Controller to join its finance team in a broad role including financial reporting, budgeting, control, and financial operations while working closely with senior stakeholders. Suitable for CPAs with accounting or audit experience, including accounting firm alumni looking to transition into an in-house role. Professional training and support will be provided. Work is based on Israeli accounting standards and IFRS (no US GAAP). Hybrid model - 4 office days and 1 remote day.
Requirements:
CPA certification - mandatory
High level of English communication skills - written and verbal
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong Microsoft Office capabilities
Audit experience in high-tech companies - advantage
Bookkeeping experience or working closely with bookkeeping - advantage
Familiarity with Israeli accounting standards and IFRS - advantage
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication
