Engagement Team Lead

We are looking for a team lead who brings both managerial and technical skills to lead our customer engagement team. Your primary focus is your team and the people in it, and we expect you to build a great team with a high-performing culture and values.
The key responsibility for this role is to lead a strong, cross-functional Scrum team of 10+ engineers comprising Backend, Mobile, Frontend, QA, and Data Science. You will drive the domain focused entirely on improving customer Lifetime Value (LTV). This is a highly complex and impactful role where you will oversee the development of top-notch platform tools, manage our robust retention system, and pioneer cutting-edge AI capabilities for both in-house and external users.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead one of the departments largest and most impactful teams, with a strong organizational focus on expanding AI capabilities and driving innovation across customer engagement platforms.
What youll do:
Continuously inspire and develop your team of highly skilled engineers and data scientists.
Evangelize best engineering practices focusing on Agile/Scrum.
Bridge the gap between product/business goals and technical delivery by leveraging your strong understanding of the business landscape.
Play a key role in architectural and strategic decisions, specifically tailoring solutions for a large Cloud/SaaS B2C system.
Collaborate with other development teams, product managers, UI/UX designers, and others to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.
