We are seeking a hands-on Semiconductor TEST Operator / Technician to join a growing production and engineering environment. The role involves operating advanced semiconductor testing equipment and ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality production processes.
You will work with state-of-the-art testing systems in a cleanroom/production environment, supporting both operational and technical activities while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
3-shift work model
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain semiconductor testing equipment (ATE, Prober, Handler) according to procedures
Log and monitor testing activities using dedicated software systems
Perform handling tasks including inventory management, labeling, classification, and packing
Support warehouse and production operations while maintaining safety standards
You will work with state-of-the-art testing systems in a cleanroom/production environment, supporting both operational and technical activities while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

At least 1 year of experience in the semiconductor industry - required
Certified Technician / Practical Engineer in Electronics or Mechanics - required
Experience with testing equipment (Wafer Sort, Handler, Tester) - advantage
Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, email, typing)
Ability to read and understand technical English (manuals and TEST procedures)
Strong attention to detail, fast learner, and team player
Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts - mandatory
At least 1 year of experience in the semiconductor industry - required
