Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning models, focusing on
LLM applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business
requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and fine-tune Machine Learning algorithms for performance and
scalability.
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for
model training.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in
Machine Learning and AI.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous
learning and innovation.

Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related field.
3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with a strong focus on LLM
applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and
experience with Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or
similar.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
principles.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model
evaluation techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well
as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
