We're looking for a hands-on, do-it-all operator who can move fluidly between UI design, front-end development, marketing operations, and cross-functional project management. You'll use AI-first tools to build, ship, and orchestrate-turning ideas into working interfaces and live campaigns quickly, while keeping the whole machine running on time.
What you'll do:
Design UI using AI-assisted tools (Figma Make, Cursor, and similar) and translate concepts into clean, intuitive interfaces.
Build and ship front-end UI with React and MUI, using Cursor and other AI coding tools to accelerate development.
Set up and manage marketing sequences, automations, and integrations within our CRM.
Coordinate and communicate across a multidisciplinary team-developers, designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and paid ads managers-keeping everyone aligned.
What you'll do:

Proven ability to both produce work and manage it - a builder and an organizer.
Hands-on experience with AI design and development tools (Figma Make, Cursor).
Front-end development skills: React, MUI, component-based UI.
Experience configuring CRM marketing automations, sequences, and third-party integrations.
Strong communicator who can speak the language of developers, designers, writers, and marketers.
Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable with deadlines.
Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus:
SEO and paid advertising familiarity.
Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
