A leading technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale its cloud infrastructure operations. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, driving automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across modern cloud environments.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
At least 3 years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments at scale.
Solid background in CI/CD implementation and maintenance, with strong knowledge of Jenkins.
Experience developing automation frameworks, scripts, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
Strong knowledge of Windows-based enterprise infrastructure, including Windows Server and IIS.
Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile development environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar infrastructure management technologies.
