Senior Product Manager

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our core engine - the technological backbone powering all of our products, while also owning and evolving our flagship product experience.

This is a unique, high-impact role at the center of the company: youll drive the performance and innovation of the engine itself, while ensuring our core product remains competitive, user-centric, and market-leading.

Youll operate across infrastructure, user experience, data, and AI, balancing engine performance with classic product leadership.

What Youll Do:
Own the core engine (primary focus): Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the infrastructure that powers all products.
Define success through metrics: Establish and optimize key performance indicators for the engine (e.g., accuracy, performance, scalability, coverage).
Drive innovation: Continuously explore new technologies, leveraging AI to improve engine capabilities and efficiency.
Work closely with engineering: Partner deeply with frontend and backend teams to translate product goals into scalable, high-quality systems.
Lead the core product: Own the end-to-end product experience built on top of the engine.
Stay close to customers: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization.
Drive competitive edge: Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains best-in-class.
Own the product lifecycle: From ideation through delivery, iteration, and growth.
