We’re looking for a Zoho Expert to design, implement, and optimize our Zoho CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by streamlining workflows, automating processes, and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
As part of your role, you will:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of our Sales 360 CRM mega project using Zoho.
Customize and configure Zoho CRM to align with business needs, including workflows, dashboards, automations, and custom modules.
Integrate Zoho CRM with ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.
Develop custom scripts and API integrations to enhance platform functionality.
Ensure data integrity and seamless migration from legacy systems.
Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Serve as the primary Zoho expert, keeping up with updates, best practices, and new features.
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption across teams.
You should bring with you:
3-5+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM and the Zoho suite of applications.
Proven track record in leading large-scale CRM projects and integrations, preferably in sales-driven environments.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization, workflows, and automation tools.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, API integrations, and data migration.
Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns – an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Zoho CRM Certified Administrator/Developer – a big plus!
