We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who is a rare hybrid: 50% Analytical Sniper, 50% Creative Director. You understand that in 2026, the "Media Buyer" is actually a Creative Strategist who knows how to leverage AI to win.
The Role You will be the engine behind our growth. You won't just be tweaking bid caps; you will be architecting the entire acquisition flow. You will take ownership of our highest-volume accounts across Meta (Facebook/IG) and Google/Bing, driving massive scale while maintaining profitability.
What You’ll Do:
High-Velocity Scaling: Manage and scale monthly budgets from $100k to $1M+ across Meta (primary) and Google/Bing (secondary).
Creative Command Center: Act as the strategic lead for our video editors. You will conceptualize high-converting video ads, write the hooks, and guide the editing team to produce viral, direct-response creative.
AI Integration: Leverage the latest Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) to speed up asset production and iterate on winning concepts faster than the competition.
Funnel Architecture: Deep dive into our comparison pages and e-commerce funnels. You will analyze drop-off points, optimize landing pages, and ensure the "click-to-lead" journey is seamless.
Data Analysis: Use your technical skills to analyze attribution, LTV, and CPA. You aren't afraid of complex data sets.
Requirements:
Meta Mastery: 2+ years of experience managing at least $100,000/month in ad spend on Facebook/Instagram. You know the ins and outs of ASC+, CBO, and manual bidding strategies.
Google/Bing Proficiency: 1+ years of experience managing at least $50,000/month on Search/YouTube/Discovery. You are hands-on with keyword optimization and account structure.
Creative Direction: You have hands-on experience creating video ads or writing detailed briefs. You know why a video converts and can articulate that to an editor.
Funnel Logic: Deep understanding of Leadgen mechanics, comparison sites, and landing page CRO.
The "Unicorn" Traits (Bonus Points):
Technical/Coding Chops: Experience with basic coding, "Vibe Coding," scripts, or API integrations. If you can read a bit of code or automate a workflow, you’re at the front of the line.
Business Development: Experience in biz-dev or understanding the commercial side of agency growth.
AI Native: You don't just use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini; you have a workflow involving AI video/image generation tools that gives you an unfair advantage.
