A leading Real Estate Group, managing a robust and dynamic digital ecosystem is looking for an experienced Head of Digital Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:Strategy Vision: Drive the long-term digital product roadmap aligned with business growth goals.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Product and Content teams, establishing structured product methodologies.
Optimization data : Maximize revenue and engagement by improving UX, conversion funnels, and data -driven experimentation.
Innovation Trends: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies and digital best practices.
Vendor Management: Oversee external development partners to ensure high-quality delivery and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, IT, data, and Operations to deliver top-tier digital solutions.

Requirements:
5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Head of Product role.
Proven experience in Ecommerce websites - a strong advantage.
Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision to delivery.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
A hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented mindset - comfortable switching between high level planning and detailed problem-solving.
data -driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, analytics and optimization.
Strong technical background with experience collaborating closely with R D and understanding, APIs, integration and software architecture.
Awareness of AI opportunities and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into Product Strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Head of Product role.
