We are seeking a talented and driven Electrical Project Engineer to oversee the technical execution of our utility-scale Battery Energy Storage system (BESS) and Power Conversion system (PCS) projects across Israel.
In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our international engineering teams and local project stakeholders. You will coordinate engineering deliverables, manage technical documentation, and ensure strict compliance with local electrical standards during all project phases - from initial design review through to final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Execute and manage the technical aspects of utility-scale BESS and PCS installations, ensuring smooth progression from design validation to successful commissioning.

Engineering Review: Evaluate electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and equipment

Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Licensing: Registered Electrical Engineer in Israel (מהנדס חשמל רשום) - License to practice is a major advantage.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project engineering, design, or commissioning within the renewable energy, power generation, or heavy infrastructure sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of grid-tied inverters, transformers, MV/HV substations, and control systems. Experience specifically with BESS/PCS systems is a significant plus.
Familiarity with Local Standards: Deep knowledge of Israeli electrical laws, IEC regulations, and statutory approval processes with Israeli grid authorities.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with global teams.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving
