A growing fintech company is looking for a Controller to join its finance team. This is an opportunity to take on a broad and impactful role, working closely with senior stakeholders and leading financial reporting, budgeting, and financial operations in a dynamic environment.
This role is especially suitable for candidates with relevant accounting experience and a background in a similar professional environment.
What You'll Do
Prepare annual consolidated financial statements and tax reports.
Monitor and oversee financial activities across subsidiary companies.
Supervise bookkeeping functions and review financial operations including billing, collections, journal entries, and payroll.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, vendors, and clients.
Support the budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and monthly budget vs. actual analysis.

Requirements:
CPA certification - mandatory.
High level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
High-tech audit experience.
Location: Ramat Gan.
Hybrid work model: 4 office days and 1 remote day.
