Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the DevOps team, promoting best practices and technological innovation.
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in Azure environments.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related technologies.
Develop automation solutions and infrastructure-as-code processes.
Manage Windows-based infrastructure, including IIS and Windows Server environments.
Collaborate closely with development teams to support modern application environments.
Implement monitoring, observability, and incident management processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, security, and deployment processes.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes administration and container orchestration.
Proven experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
Experience with automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
Strong understanding of Windows Server and enterprise application environments.
Experience supporting software development teams and modern application architectures.
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Terraform and ARM Templates.
Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices, security principles, and infrastructure governance.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
