QA & Automation Lead

We provide an end-to-end B2B solution for Accountant Firms. Our SAAS solution offers the CPA the automation of complex processes, including Income invoices, Expense management, Tax payment, Tax Reports, Automatic (OCR) invoice processing, and much more, covering all aspects of financial management.
We're looking for a QA & Automation Lead to take ownership of our quality strategy, lead testing efforts across the organization, and build a robust automation framework that supports our continued growth.
What You'll Do
* Lead and own the QA function across the company
* Define and implement QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
* Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks
* Drive TEST automation initiatives and increase automation coverage
* Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Support, and Business teams
* Ensure release readiness and maintain high product quality standards
* Introduce innovative tools and AI-driven approaches to improve QA efficiency
