Key job responsibilities
Build high-quality, diverse talent pipelines that fuel AWS's growth by sourcing and engaging candidates using internal and external tools, multiple sourcing and closing methodologies, and diverse channels - including events, conferences, online communities, employee referrals, and career portals - across multiple teams and roles.
Apply data and domain expertise to accurately identify, engage, and assess candidates at various levels for complex, multi-team requisitions where sourcing and closing strategies are partially defined, delivering single and/or cross-region impact.
Drive positive candidate experiences by developing effective relationships with client teams and candidates to build prospective networks, influencing client teams to follow recruiting best practices such as writing effective job descriptions, messaging, and clear value propositions.
Elevate hiring effectiveness across supported teams by educating and coaching hiring managers on sourcing methodologies and closing strategies, and supporting interviewers on recruiting and interviewing best practices to improve metrics.
Own recruiting projects in partnership with client teams that improve hiring effectiveness and related metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, candidate experience, and candidate cycle time.
