* The 3-5 Year North Star: You will build and maintain a visionary technology roadmap that anticipates the next decade of global shifts.
* AI Technology Enabler for the Solutions Division: Act as the primary catalyst for AI integration, empowering the division to leverage Machine Learning and intelligent automation to create next-generation consumer solutions.
* Global Tech Scouting: You will identify and cultivate high-stakes relationships with elite startups, research labs, and universities.
* A Pipeline of Innovation: You are responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of high-potential technologies into our ecosystem.
* Fearless Prototyping: You will lead hands-on evaluations, PoCs, and prototyping to validate breakthrough solutions.
* Complex Problem Solving: You will break down the most difficult technical challenges into actionable, scalable products.
* Cross-Functional Synergy: You will act as the technical glue between R&D, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
