Join our company as a team leader for our Reliability & Environmental Testing Team and take charge of leading a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing processes.
Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Reliability & Environmental Testing team to ensure high-quality testing procedures.
* Develop and implement testing strategies to enhance product reliability.
* Analyze testing data to provide actionable insights for product improvements.
* Coordinate with R&D and product development teams to integrate testing results.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in testing protocols.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability and environmental testing.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a testing environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
