We are looking for a Junior Buyer to oversee the company procurement processes, Purchasing and PO monitoring.
Cliganic is a rapidly growing wellness and beauty brand dedicated to offering clean, organic, and sustainable personal care products that align with the values of health-conscious and eco-friendly consumers. Our mission is to empower individuals to make mindful choices for their wellness journey.
Were expanding our marketing team and are looking for a PPC and Marketplace Performance Manager to own and scale our paid media efforts across Google, Microsoft, and key retail marketplaces. This role will lead strategy, execution, and optimization to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across performance channels. Key Responsibilities
Issue and manage purchase orders end-to-end within NetSuite ERP, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Manage vendor Batch/Artwork data within the ERP system and its supporting tools
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conduct regular performance reviews and resolve supply issues proactively
Maintain organized procurement records, contracts, and documentation using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
Prepare and update purchasing reports, spend analyses, and vendor scorecards
Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, product development, logistics, finance, and e-commerce teams
Support compliance and regulation requirements across the supply base
Support onboarding process of new suppliers in line with Cliganic's policy

Requirements:
Requirements (Must Have):
1-2 years of hands-on procurement experience (consumer goods, beauty, wellness, or CPG strongly preferred)
Demonstrated proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system for purchase order management and inventory tracking
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, and reporting
Proficient in Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive - used daily for communication and collaboration
Experience negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms with international suppliers
Analytical skills to interpret procurement data and make sound purchasing decisions
Excellent written and verbal English: clear, professional, and confident in supplier and internal communications - Please note: Candidates will be required to pass an English proficiency test as part of the screening process
Ability to draft precise purchase orders, supplier correspondence, and internal reports with minimal errors
Comfortable communicating across time zones with global vendors

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Self-starter who works well independently in a small, fast-paced team environment
