* Collaborate with experienced radar algorithms engineers to optimize radar system performance.
* Analyze experiments and field tests to derive technical insights and recommendations for enhancing radar system performance.
* Conduct in-depth performance analysis of various radar algorithms to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in electrical engineering / physics with at least 1 year of R&D experience or M.Sc. in electrical engineering / physics
* Majoring in signal processing - must
* Excellent MATLAB coding capabilities
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Knowledge in statistical signal processing - advantage
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
