As an R&D Team Leader, you will...
Lead and mentor a high-caliber team of 5-7 developers, working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge distributed systems in a hands-on capacity
Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release
Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
Make key decisions to ensure the right effort at the right opportunity for the successful implementation of all initiatives
Lead the strategy and execution of runtime security capabilities, turning customer needs into reliable, scalable features that improve visibility and incident response in live production environments
Champion practical AI adoption across the team-standardize code assistants, test/data generation, and CI/CD bots; define guardrails, workflows, and success metrics.
