- High AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools
- Creativity: the ability to bring fresh ideas that connect pedagogy with digital content
- Familiarity with the education system in Israel: terminology, school dynamics, calendar, and structure - a significant advantage
- High-level proficiency in Arabic
