Art Director (Product Design)

Were looking for an Art Director (Product Design) to elevate the creative and visual quality of product experiences.
This is a hands-on role for a designer with exceptional craft and a strong product mindset-someone who can bring creative excellence (extra flare) into complex UX challenges. Youll work closely with the VP of Product Design to ensure a high bar of visual quality, interaction design, and consistency across a growing B2B2C ecosystem that includes a connected device, AI-driven features, and behavior-change experiences.
Responsibilities:
Own and elevate the visual and creative quality bar across product experiences
Lead the design of high-impact product features and key user flows
Bring strong art direction into UX/UI, especially in complex and data-heavy scenarios
Define and evolve UI patterns, layouts, and visual systems across the product
Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences
Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions
Stay hands-on, contributing directly to design execution on critical work
Run critiques and provide high-signal feedback to elevate overall design craft
Mentor designers with a focus on execution, clarity, and creative thinking
Explore and apply AI tools in design workflows
