We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant Family Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to a private family with multiple residences and diverse personal, financial, and administrative responsibilities.

This is a long-term position for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who is looking to become a trusted partner to the family. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring that all aspects of the family's personal affairs, travel arrangements, household operations, financial administration, and day-to-day logistics are managed efficiently and seamlessly.

Requirements:
-Experience supporting high-net-worth families or senior executives.
-Experience managing multiple residences or complex household operations.
- Familiarity with budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
